What Is Permanent Make-Up?
The increasingly popular micropigmentation (semi permanent make-up) is a process whereby hypo-allergenic needles are inserted into the dermal layer of the skin. This pigment will, after a healing process, stay in the skin breaking down and fading with time, depending on age and skin type.
I use a combination of both micro blading and machine method to create the perfect look for my clients.
Semi permanent make-up gives your face a subtle and natural look which won't smudge and it's a great non-surgical alternative to anti ageing treatments, giving lift to the brows, fuller lips and definition to the eyes.
Numbing creams are used throughout the process for client comfort. The results can last anywhere from 6 months - 3 years depending on skin type and external factors.

EYEBROWS
Brows are a very important feature of the face. They frame the eyes giving you a lifting and youthful appearance . If you have to continually use an eyebrow pencil or have patchy or missing brows then this is the treatment for you. Choose from natural hair strokes, a soft pencilled look or a combination of both.
EYELINER
Eyeliner is for those who feel bare without makeup. It can completely enhance the shape of your eyes & bring out the colour.The lash enhancement can even give the look of thicker looking lashes.
LIPS
If you are unhappy with the shape or colour of your lips, it is possible to add subtle definition to faded lip contours or you may simply want to add a beautiful colour of your choice so you no longer need to apply lipstick everyday.

Derma-Planning
Derma-planing is a simple and safe procedure for exfoliating the epidermis and ridding the skin of fine vellum hair (peach fuzz).This hair often causes a build-up of dirt and oils in the follicles, so removing the hair will give you healthier looking skin using a scalpel and a delicate touch,Teri Louise will simply abrade the surface of the skin using light feathering strokes.The treatment results are ultra smooth, fresh and brighter skin.
What To Expect From Your Treatment
I will take every precaution to ensure your skin is well hydrated and calm following each session. However you may experience excessive dryness or even some peeling post treatment. More sensitive skin may experience some redness after the first couple of sessions.
Most clients receive great results with a series of treatments and a commitment to a daily skin care routine.
If you do wear makeup its best to use high quality ‘non-comedogenic’ makeup which will not clog your pores. Teri Louise can recommend accordingly for each skin type.
To enjoy the maximum benefits of dermaplaning it’s recommended that you book in every 4 weeks.
After Care
• Avoid heavy makeup for seven days.
• Aerobic exercise or vigorous physical
activityshould be avoided until all the redness
has subsided.
• Direct sunlight exposure is to be completely
avoided immediately following the treatment and for seven days after including any strong UV light exposure or sun beds.
• Twice daily cleanse the treated area with a high quality cleanser followed by a serum and moisturiser with a SPF 30.
